With the aim to regularise Ho Hup's financial position, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (a member of AmInvestment Bank Group), on behalf of the Board of Directors of Ho Hup, wishes to announce the following which constitutes the proposals by Ho Hup to warrant the continued trading and listing of its shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities:-
