Further to the Company’s announcements made on 2 March 2009, 5 June 2009, 22 June 2009 and 30 July 2009 in relation to the Proposed Disposal, the Board of Directors of Ho Hup wishes to inform that the original title of the said land together with the duplicate and discharge of charge had been presented for registration with the relevant land registry on 7 September 2009 and thus, marking the completion of the Proposed Disposal. |
