Further to the Company's announcements made on 3 July 2009 and 2 October 2009 pertaining to the MOU entered between the Company and the State of Madagascar to assist KRAOMA S.A in the re-enforcement and optimisation of its mine activities, the Board of Ho Hup wishes to informed that there has been no material development on the status of MOU as announced previously.
