Further to the Company’s announcement on 7 January 2010, the Board of Directors of Ho Hup, after having made due inquiry, would like to make some clarification on the Letter to Shareholders of the Company dated 7 January 2010 from Low Chee & Sons Sdn. Bhd. and Choo Soo Har @ Chou Kam Cheong in relation to their Proposed Alternative Regularisation Plan.
