Mr Foo graduated with a B.A.(Honours) Degree in Economics. He also obtained an LLB (Honours) Degree and was called to the Malaysian Bar and is currently practising as Advocate & Solicitor. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of United Kingdom.
Working experience and occupation:
Mr Foo has more than 10 years experience in commercial and investment banking and subsequently he joined the corporate sector. He was instrumental in the listing of the apparel manufacturer - Tai Wah Garments Manufacturing Berhad and Jerasia Capital Berhad on the then Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. He previously served as a Director and/or Chief Executive Officer of PanGlobal Berhad, Econstate Berhad, Jerasia Capital Berhad and PanGlobal Insurance Berhad. He was the legal advisor to PanGlobal Berhad. He is currently a Director and the Audit Committee Chairman of Milux Corporation Berhad.
Presently, Mr Foo practises law under the style of T. H. Foo & Associates.
