Further to the Company's announcement made on 3 July 2009 pertaining to the MOU entered between the Company and the State of Madagascar to assist KRAOMA S.A in the re enforcement and optimisation of its mine activities, the Board of Ho Hup wishes to informed that there has been no material development on the status of MOU as announced previously. |
