Reference is made to the announcement made by AmInvestment Bank Berhad (a member of AmInvestment Bank Group) on behalf of Ho Hup on 25 September 2009 ("Announcement").
For consistency, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcement.
Please be informed that Section 1(ii) which currently reads as "Bukit Jalil Development Sdn. Bhd. ("BJD"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Ho Hup" should read as "Bukit Jalil Development Sdn. Bhd. ("BJD"), a 70%-owned subsidiary of Ho Hup".
