Degree in Civil / Building Engineering from a recognized university |

Minimum 3 years in building construction / M & E works |

Well verse with the implementation of ISO 9000 quality management system and project management |

Ability to liaise and coordinate with the Client, Consultants, Sub-Contractors and all relevant Government Authorities |

Strong leadership, pro-active and positive thinking |

Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia |

| QUANTITY SURVEYOR |

Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Survey or relevant professional qualifications |

More than 5 years experience in the construction environment, pre and post tender preparation for roads / highways / engineering projects and property development project |

Able to work independently in progress claims, tender quotations with good negotiation skills and hardworking |

Possess high degree of integrity, strong leadership, resourceful and hardworking |

| EXECUTIVE – LEGAL |
|
| • |
Possess LLB qualification / Degree in Law |
| • |
At least 3-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in a corporate and construction environment |

Able to analyze legal issues, draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts |
| • |
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia |
| • |
Mature individual, hardworking and with strong interpersonal skills and attention to details |

| SAFETY OFFICER |
|
| • |
Must be a competent SHE officer registered with NIOSH with more than 3 years experience in construction industry |
| • |
Fully conversant with related legislation and government policies |

Able to handle all safety matters on site |

| CLERK-OF-WORK |
|
| • |
Must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent |
| • |
At least 4 years’ working experience as clerk-of-work in M&E discipline in building construction |
| • |
Able to work independently and perform duties under minimum supervision |
