Ho Hup Construction Company Berhad’s (Ho Hup) rapid rise in the property development sector through its subsidiary company, Bukit Jalil Development Sdn Berhad (BJD) is notable. The company made its presence known and felt since April 1994 and continuously delivered quality homes to Malaysians.

Henceforth, Ho Hup has spearheaded into this industry with much gusto, gaining as much experience as possible whilst making great strides in becoming a major player.

BJD is a special purpose vehicle established to provide impetus to develop entire BANDAR BUKIT JALIL. The company’s core business activity of property development is well supported by its construction and infrastructure parent company, Ho Hup to deliver product and service of the highest quality standard to its customers.

BJD owns 153 acres of freehold prime land which is located near the National Sport Complex with easy access to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre. To date, Bukit Jalil Development Sdn. Bhd. had developed and delivered 2,258 units of residential and commercial properties with gross development value of RM380 million.

And as in with any successful company, constantly aiming higher and growing is pertinent to getting to the top of one’s field. Thus, Ho Hup has recently embarked on placing more focus on quality driven niche developments with a high gross development value (GDV). BJD is scheduled to launch its 60-acres commercial prime land known as One Jalil with total GDV of 1.8 Billion by the first quarter of 2010. One Jalil has been gazetted as the Town centre of Bukit Jalil by DBKL.
